não consigo ter acesso compartilhamento

Pessoal faz uns 05 dias que estou procurando a solução para o meu problema ja vi varios links aqui na comu, fui no google e não consigo resolver meu problema.

Preciso montar uma rede com um servidor linux (gateay, squid, dhcp, sarg, samba), no servidor que estou montando (CentOS) coloquei duas placas de rede uma eth0 com ipdinamico que pega os dados de ip do provedor (no caso como estou montando o servidor eh da minha 172.21.0.0/255.255.0.0) e outra placa eth1 com ip estatico (192.168.10.0/255.255.255.0).

Fiz o teste de internet (OK);
Configurei o compartilhamento de internet;
Fiz o compartilhamento e uma maquina cliente configurei com ip estatico e acessi internet (OK);
Configurei o dhcp;
Fiz teste no client e o dhcp e navegação (OK);

Passei entao para o samba onde começaram meus problemas:
Minha necessidade seria as pessoas desta rede acessar um compartilhamento sem precisar entrar com senha de usuario, pois as maquinas com windows 7 não terao dominio somente grupo de trabalho.

Nos testes que fiz aqui eu consigo acessar o servidor sem senha, porem quando tento acessar a pasta ele me nega o acesso dando a seguinte mensagem:

O windows nao pode acessar \\servidor\dados

No servidor a pasta dados esta com permissoes: 7777 para todos, e o usuario que criou foi root.

Uma duvida, no smb.conf esta em work group empresa e no windows 7 pro esta o padrao do rede
