o comando apt-get -f install esta dando erro

bom eu tava tentando instalar um programa no debian 8 e deu um erro no meio da instalação
ue tentei refazer a instalação com apt-get install <programa>
porem ele me retornou isso

quando teno dar o apt-get -f install ele retorna isso

sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get -f remove
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

Tente desbloquear o APT

sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
