Docker + Apache2 + SSL + x509

Olá amigos!
Estou tendo alguns problemas para instalar minha certificado SSL em meu servidor, eu estou utilizando o Docker para criar os containers e o vagrant para gerenciar as vm's dentro da minha aplicação, quando faço o comando "vagrant status"

ubuntu@ip-172-31-27-88:~/CloudVicProjects/gedvic-dev-env$ vagrant status

gedvic running (docker)
proxy running (docker) é um proxy reverso

This environment represents multiple VMs. The VMs are all listed

Quando acesso o proxy e o caminho para alterar as diretivas SSLEngine: /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/defaul.conf

uma vez inserido também os certificados nos caminhos especificados, a instrução é restartar o Apache
quando isso é feito o container do apache simplesmente muda seu estado para stoped.

Então minha única saída é: docker log proxy e os seguintes logs são apresentados:

Realmente não sei o que possa ser, alguém pode me dar uma ajuda.
