Bom os dois comandos dmesg e lsusb estão encontrando o dispositivo conectado no USB mais não consigo montar ja adicionei o usuário no grupo plugdev mesmo assim não funciona por ser o slackware 13 achei que isso ja seria feito automaticamente.

Bom, imagino q o dispositivo q vc quer q seja detectado automaticamente é o seu celular, certo? Se for, modifique o tipo d conexão do celular no computador. Nesse momento ele está no modo MTP. Coloque-o no modo armazenamento, modo pendrive ou similar no próprio aparelho (antes d conectá-lo ao computador). Assim o seu Slack vai detectá-lo como se fosse um pendrive.
