só colocar o programa que quer iniciar no .xinitrc na sua home.

Quando chega na parte na parte de adicionar o aplicativo, pede NOME - DESCRIÇÃO E COMANDO, ai eu não sei.

Então, iniciante já viu como é né,
Em "Sessão e Inicialização" -----> Inicio automático de aplicativos ----->
Eu coloquei campo (comando) -----> "cairo-dock" e para o compiz ------> "compiz --replace"

Ai funcionou, obrigado a todos.
