Nenhum daemon do PulseAudio em execução ou não está em execução como daemon de sessão.

Me faz um favor, posta o conteúdo dos seguintes arquivos e a suas permissões, e saída do aplay.

Estranho sua placa já é listada no sistema!
Tentou reproduzir algum som??
Já verificou se no aplicativo não está marcado para usar a saída padrão que no caso é placa0, para usar a USB deve mudar para placa1
