Baixar o Ubuntu em outro local é a melhor opção para resolver seu problema de forma mais rápida possível.
Podemos resolver também da forma mais complicada, para aprendizado.
Os outros amigos, não levam em consideração a necessidades dos usuários e o fator humano, por isso Windows é o mais usado e não Linux, só a titulo de curiosidade.
