Impressora HP LaserJet 100 colorMFP M175a imprime mas Scanner não funciona

Olá pessoal,estou precisando urgente de ajuda. Estou com a impressora HP LaserJet 100 colorMFP M175a instalada num desktop com Ubuntu versão 11.4 e a impressora funciona normalmente mas a funcionalidade do scanner não funciona.
Vejam o que aparece na configuração
