Erro ao fazer apt-get update

No menu editar procure o comando <consertar pacotes quebrados>, aliás no rodapé já há uma indicação do problema.

Depois vá ao menu <buscar> ou <procurar> e digite o nome dos últimos pacotes problemáticos que você tentou intalar.

Eles devem estar marcados em vermelho E AÍ VOCÊ SABERÁ O PROBLEMA REAL!!

NÃO FAÇA NADA AINDA.
Primeiro vá ao menu <configuração> <repositório> mude o repositório, depois aperte o botão update <atualizar> lá no alto a esquerda.
Isso vai consertar o seu sources list sem ficar jogando bingo.

Depois tente desinstalar os pacote em vermelho.

Talvez seja preciso fechar o synaptic e abrir novamente várias vezes, porque é possível dependências cruzadas e aí é um jogo de gato e rato,
mas pelo menos você sabe quais os pacotes encrenqueiros.
