Extender partição LVM numa máquina virtual

Bom dia pessoal, fazendo exercícios na máquina virtual Debian 8 cheguei ao limite do HD, adicionei +10G ao HD virtual e criei uma nova partição para adicionar ao /Home mas estou com dificuldades para fazer isso, adicionei 10G com o gparted e depois com o comando:

lvextend -L+10G /dev/mapper/"xxx"--vg-home ("x" é o nome da máquina)

fdisk -l:
