Problema no sudo apt-get update [RESOLVIDO]

Então, eu fui usar o sudo apt-get update e quando eu faço mostra isso:

Já tentei de tudo, já entrei em diversos foruns e nenhum resolveu meu problema, se algum souber POR FAVOR me ajude!

-Ubuntu-13.04 teve seu suporte encerrado em janeiro/2014 por isso vc não conseguirá atualizar

-Sugiro que instale o Ubuntu-14.04-lts que terá suporte até abril/2019

-existem duas versões do ubuntu: versões-lts e as versões-não-lts

-as versões-lts são as de longo tempo de suporte... periodo de 5 anos após lançamento... são mais estáveis... são as mais recomendadas... são lançadas à cada 2 anos no mês de abril... a versão-lts atual é a 14.04... lançada em abril/2014 e com suporte até abril/2019

-as versões-não-lts tem suporte por apenas 9 meses... são recomendadas pq aqueles que gostam de testar novidades sem se importar tanto com a estabilidade... a ultima não-lts é a 13.10 que teve suporte encerrado em julho/2014
