Toda vez que realizo o comando sudo apt-get update me aparece esta mensagem da qual não consigo corrigir:

Abra o teu sources.list e verifique se essa entrada está duplicada:

Duplicate sources.list entry http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/

Ou seja, se você não digitou essa linha duas vezes. Caso tenha duas linhas iguais, apague ou comente uma delas e teste o update de novo.

Qual é a distribuição que você usa?

Teu sources está bastante mexido.

Apague todo o conteúdo do teu sources.list e coloque esse dentro, ou faça um backupt do teu e crie um novo e coloque esse conteúdo dentro.

E execute apt-get update.

Depois vá acrescentendo repositórios um por vez e testando. Não acrescente vários de uma vez só, se der problemas não saberá qual repositório causou o problema.

E procure sempre repositórios de acordo com a versão do sistema, no teu caso, Ubuntu 13.04.
