Conexão wifi instável no Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (notebook lenovo ideapad s145)

Olá, eu sou novo no ubuntu e desde que o instalei no notebook venho tendo problemas com conexão instável. O wifi fica desconectando e conectando aleatoriamente, as vezes se passam vários dias normais e depois volta a acontecer. Normalmente, quando reinicio o notebook volta ao normal, mas essa instabilidade tá cada vez mais frequente... Alguma sugestão ou ideia do que possa ser?

-essa instabilidade ocorre com qualquer rede wifi ?

Bom, eu ainda não testei outras redes ainda. Mas acredito que (talvez) não seja um problema com a rede em si porque a conexão não apresenta o mesmo problema com outro notebook que tenho aqui nem com o celular...

Experimente desabilitar "OTP failure for calibration in testmode". Faxça um backup do arquivo etc/modprobe.d/ath10k.conf (se não existir o comando vai criar um)e rode
echo "options ath10k_core skip_otp=y" | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/ath10k.conf
Se não funcionar volte o backup. H uma variação deste truque em
