MEU SISTEMA DELL NAO CONSEGUE CARREGAR O UBUNTO. TRAVOU GERAL POR CONTA DA ATUALIZACAO NATURAL RECO

LIGO O COMPUTADOR SISTEMA DELL , Aparece algumas strings, depois entra numa tela de recuperaçao da DELL, depois aparece o logotipo do UBUNTO como se tivesse carregando o programa mas nao entra, aparecendo logo depois a seguinte informaçao :" busybox v1 21 1 (ubuntu 1:1.21.0) built in shell (ash) enter help for a list of built comands ( initramfs) unable to find a medium containing a live file system" . NAO SEI MAIS OQUE FAZER! NAO CONSIGO ACESSAR A ROOT NESSE ESTAGIO. ALGUEM PODE ME AUXILIAR COM ALGUM COMANDO NA SHELL PARA TENTAR CORRIGIR OU ACESSAR O PROGRAMA NO MODO RECUPERAÇAO? OBRIGADO E AGUARDO

-reinicie pelas opções avançadas >> modo recuperação >> liberar espaço em disco >> reinicie notebook

No Grub* escolha Opções Avançadas >> Recovery Mode >> dpkg - reparar pacotes quebrados >> Resume

Se o Grub estiver oculto tecle Esc até ele aparecer.
