Onde esta errado minhas acl não estarta o squid. [RESOLVIDO]

essas opções que acusaram erro nao são válidas para a versao do squid que voce está usando.

a versao que voce usa eh mais recente e para proxy transparente nao se usa mais as linhas
httpd_accel_host virtual
httpd_accel_port 80
httpd_accel_with_proxy on
httpd_accel_uses_host_header on

retire essas linhas e na http_port 192.168.0.100:3128 adiciona transparent.

ERRO após tirar as linhas do proxy transparente:

squid: ERROR: Could not send signal 1 to process 5414: (3) No such process

voce alterou e deu um squid -k reconfigure e ai deu esse erro? caso sim, tente reiniciar o pc e start o squid.

pelo que etendi o squid era o processo 3743 mas esse processo nao existe mais, mas o squid ainda esta rodando. Uma vez tive um problema parecido e só consegui resolver reiniciando o pc.
