Lentidão no squid.

Funcionou tudo certinho, porem não sei porque hoje esta bem lento, tenho uma conexão de 5 mb FULL e ip fixo, o que sera que aconteceu? Tenho que fazer alguma manutenção? Limpar cache? Logs? segue meu squid.conf
