Problemas na configuração do Squid 3.3.8

Olá pessoal, tenho alguns problemas na configuração do meu squid, alguem poderia me ajudar??

Squid3 versão 3.3.8 no Ubuntu server 14.04 LTS

Arquivo squid. conf:

Quando tento reiniciar o servico: service squid3 restart a saída é:

root@home:/etc/squid3# service squid3 restart
stop: Unknown instance:
squid3 start/running, process 5100



Quando tento mais algumas vezes ele reinicia normalmente....

Agora a saída do comando squid3 -k check:

root@home:/etc/squid3# squid3 -k check
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
root@home:/etc/squid3#

E então alguém que saiba qual o problema???

Squid a partir da versão 3.2, não suporta mais proxyset e transparent na mesma porta.
Lembre de mudar no firewall também.
Verifique se todos os processos do squid foram finalizados, antes de tentar iniciar novamente.

Aqui tem uma redundância
acl localnet src 192.168.0.0/24
acl ip src 192.0.0.0/8

sendo que a localnet não tem regra respectiva.

Tente assim:

http_port 3128
http_port 3129 intercept
