Duvidas sobre o as configurações do squid

Olá a todos do fórum estou com o seguinte problema. Acabei de instalar o software squid for windows em um computador em minha rede, o mesmo com sistema operacional windows 7, para ser utilizado como servidor proxy. Após a instalação tudo funcionou normalmente com o arquivo squid.conf padrão. Queria saber como poderia ser feito no arquivo de configuração para:

- bloquear sites impróprios
- criar um cache das páginas localmente no servidor proxy
- salvar todos os sites acessados por cada usuário para controle interno.

O squid que estou usando é o 3.5.7 built with Cygwin
