Bom, seu pop_os está vendo um dispositibo raid -
[ 0.643725] ahci 0000:00:17.0: Switch your BIOS from RAID to AHCI mode to use them. - mas não informa o reconhecimento desse array. As opções são:
1. Testar instalador de outra distro. O manual da intel (https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/white-papers/rst-linux-paper.pdf) recomenda red hat.
2. Habilitar ahci na bios e desabilitar rst. Isso envolve uma mudança no windows (https://support.thinkcritical.com/kb/articles/switch-windows-10-from-raid-ide-to-ahci )
3. Instalar o linux em raid mesmo. Aqui tem alguns passos de orientação q podem ser usafos p tentar ver o array lá no instalador(https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?p=1884067#p1884067 )
Se a máquina fosse minga eu não instalaria pop_os. Eu preferiria uma distro c mais tempo de mercado p ter mais opção de suporte, mas é minha opinião.
Espere mais algumas opiniões do pessoal antes de tomar uma decisão.
