Problema na instalação do OTRS.

Caros amigos, boa tarde.

Estou realizando a instalação do OTRS versão 3.3.9 no meu CentOS 6.5.

Fiz todos os passos, mas no final, quando eu inicio o serviço do otrs exibe a seguinte mensagem;

[root@FILESERVER ~]# service otrs restart

hostname: Unknown host

 Disable /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.PostMaster.pl ... done.

 Shutting down cronjobs ...

no crontab for otrs

 failed!

Starting OTRS..

 Checking httpd ... done.

 Checking database connection... install_driver(mysql) failed: Can't locate DBD/mysql.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /opt/otrs/Custom /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib /opt/otrs /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 .) at (eval 24) line 3.

Perhaps the DBD::mysql perl module hasn't been fully installed,

or perhaps the capitalisation of 'mysql' isn't right.

Eu já instalei o perl (# yum install perl-DBD-Pg)

O que está faltando?
