Rede wi-fi aparece mais não conecta

ja fiz de tudo, mais nao consigo aparece digito a senha mais volta como desconectado aparece as redes dei um comando

# iwconfig

aguarde um pouco pela galera especialista em redes, mas pelo que entendí, vc conecta com o login e senha, tem a rede, desliga o micro, equando religa, caiu a config, é isso.

Tentou instalar o WICD e usa-lo..

costuma funcionar bem tanto nas cabeadas como na wireless.

Algumas perguntas:
1 - adicionou os repositórios non-free
2 - instalaou os pacotes wireless-tools e firmware-linux-nonfree ?
3 - Qual a sua placa de wifi : (# lspci |grep Wireless)
