Alguém aqui já precisou usar a garantia da Acer?

Comprei um Acer 5750 "premiado" a cerca de 1 mês e ele está com problemas na placa de rede wireless.
Utilizo o note na faculdade e no trabalho, então uso o Rwindowns por causa do C# e SQLServer.
Já usei o AIDA(ex-Everest) e não reconhece a placa wireless, nem a luz dos dispositivos acende, aquela que mostra HD, bateria, etc sabe?


Alguém tem alguma dica de um teste que posso fazer com o live cd para verificar os dispositivos do meu note?

E alguma opinião sobre a assistência da Acer?

salamander, poste aqui os resultados dos comandos lspci e lsusb para identificarmos seu hardware e tentar solucionar seu problema.

Desculpem a demora para responder estava tentando resolver com a Acer e durante um tempo a wireless voltou a funcionar.
