tem vários jeitos, com ls, com comando sort etc...
mas o mais simples
no dir onde quer ver a ordem alfabetica
$ ls -la
A opções -la significam,l de long-list, lista e a de all, tudo.

ou o que vc quer é organizar mesmo? nesse caso, precisa apagar elas e regravar automaticamente no disco rígido, em ordem alfabética de nomes, em resumo, teria de desfragmentar o HDD.
não conheço desfragmentadores para Linux, Linux que eu saiba, não fragmenta.
