Obter:1 http://deb.debian.org/debian bullseye InRelease [113 kB]
Obter:2 http://security.debian.org bullseye-security InRelease [44,1 kB]
Obter:3 http://deb.debian.org/debian bullseye-updates InRelease [36,8 kB]
Lendo listas de pacotes... Pronto
N: Repository 'http://deb.debian.org/debian bullseye InRelease' changed its 'Version' value from '' to '11.0'
E: Repository 'http://deb.debian.org/debian bullseye InRelease' changed its 'Suite' value from 'testing' to 'stable'
N: This must be accepted explicitly before updates for this repository can be applied. See apt-secure(8) manpage for details.
N: Repository 'http://security.debian.org bullseye-security InRelease' changed its 'Version' value from '' to '11'
E: Repository 'http://security.debian.org bullseye-security InRelease' changed its 'Suite' value from 'testing-security' to 'stable-security'
N: This must be accepted explicitly before updates for this repository can be applied. See apt-secure(8) manpage for details.

#deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian/ stable main contrib non-free

deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ bullseye-updates main contrib non-free

Deixa somente as linhas abaixo dentro e executa:
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install aptitude
$ sudo aptitude safe-upgrade

# See https://wiki.debian.org/SourcesList for more information.
