Montando um servidor Ubuntu [RESOLVIDO]

Boa noite, sou novo no fórum e estou precisando muito da ajuda dos companheiros, pois estou quebrando a cabeça a semanas e não consigo resolver de jeito maneira, vamos lá, estou tentando montar um sistema zabbix, no ubuntu 12.04, mas logo no inicio do sistema ja encontro uma dificuldade, na hora de executar o comando apt-get update da esse erro:

Essa máquina está conectando normalmente à internet? O 12.04 ainda recebe atualizações?

Fazer um servidor com Ubuntu é temerário... por que não usar o Debian logo?

Pois é tentei tambem, mas não consigo uma versão que me dê todos os suportes, sempre pego uma que não aceita um monte de coisa, consegue me indicar uma?

Pelo que eu saiba o suporte das versões LTS são de 5 anos, então essa versão vai até 2017.

Mas, se você quiser mudar eu recomendo a versão 14.04 LTS.

Bom dia,

Ikaro, você não está usando o 12.04 LTS (precise) e sim a falecida 12.10 (quantal). Pela sua sources.list logo se vê isso.

Baixe o 12.04.5 LTS com suporte até 04/2017 ou 14.04.2 LTS que é a mais atual com atualizações de suporte até 04/2019.

NOTA: Não baixe o 14.10 pois está muito bugada!!

Verdade, eu nem tinha notado isso.



A versão do Debian 7.8 stable.

Mas antes, faça este teste para ver se resolve seu problema sem precisar ter o trabalho de substituir a distro;

No terminal digite:

sudo sed -i -e 's/archive.ubuntu.com\|security.ubuntu.com/old-releases.ubuntu.com/g' /etc/apt/sources.list

 

Agora teste, para ver se ainda dará erro novamente ao executar o comando "sudo apt-get update"

Bom dia,

Se não quiser instalar o o Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS ou o 14.04.2 LTS por algum motivo particular(não ter HD externo, PEN ou etc.), mude a sources.list para uma delas citadas acima.

Antes de tudo, vá até Configurações do sistema, programas e atualizações, outros programas, e desabilite todas as PPAs que tiver. Feche e recarregue.

No terminal, digite:

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

e substitua todas as linhas sem este símbolo # na frente onde estiver a palavra quantal por precise(12.04.5lts) ou trusty(14.04.2lts).

Feche e no terminal dê:

sudo apt-get update

e veja como vai. Se não apresentar erros, em seguida dê:

sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

No final volte a outros programas e reabilite as suas PPAs.

NOTA: POR SUA CONTA E RISCO. É SEMPRE MELHOR FAZER UMA INSTALAÇÃO LIMPA.

INSTALEI A VERSÃO 14.04, VOU FAZER OS TESTE PARA VER SE CONSIGO INSTALAR O ZABBIX AGORA, OBRIGADO A TODOS PELA AJUDA, SOU DOIDO PARA APRENDER A TRABALHA NO LINUX, POR ISSO ESTOU PESQUISANDO BASTANTE
