1. Mouse não pega no Linux!

Boa noite, não sei se está na categoria certa, mas eu instalei o Linux Ubunto no meu notebook, o mousepad dele pega normalmente, mas o mouse periferico USB da Fortrek não pega. Já dei uma procura em fóruns, alguns com respostas, mas nada que resolveu meu problema, alguém poderia me ajudar? Obrigado :)

Edit1: Eu usava ele no windows e pegava. O mouse não está quebrado, pq ele ascende.

Eu só tenho esse mouse, e eu usava ele normalmente no windows!

Bom, como você disse que funcionava no Windows e que acende, acho que o problema é com os drivers. Você não tem alguma outra distro live só para testar?
OBS: Eu tinha um que também acendia mas não funciona, mas no meu caso era só um fio arrebentado dentro.

Cara, eu estava na casa da minha mãe até algumas horas atrás, e no pc dela é windows e eu estava usando normalmente, agora que peguei o mouse e trouxe ele para casa.

Qual a versão do teu Ubuntu?

Tem o utilitário lsusb instalado? Se não tiver, instale-o (pacote usbutils) e rode:

sudo lsusb -v

Poste a saída aqui entre as tags de código pra facilitar a leitura (ícone </> acima da caixa de mensagem ou alt+c).

Se usar o GNOME, deve ter o programa hardinfo instalado. Abra-o e identifique as informações do mouse por lá.
Se conseguir, poste a saída aqui também.

Se usar KDE, deverá ter o programa KInfocenter. Faça o mesmo procedimento e poste as informações aqui.
