Instação de driver

Ola desulpe se estou no tópico errado
mas gostaria de ajuda ja estou a ums 3 dias tentando configurar meu driver de rede no centos e não consigo

esse é o erro que aparece quando digito # Make ou #Make install

Sou novo no linux
Uso centos 5.8 sem acesso a net
Agradeço ajuda

rode os comandos abaixo, na ordem, e coloque aqui a linha referente a sua placa de rede:

$ lspci

e

$ lsusb
