não consigo instalar firewalk-0.99.1

Olá, estou estudando sobre segurança da informação, e não estou conseguindo instalar o firewalk-0.99.1. Eu li o README e lá fala que para instalar, é só compilar o programa.
Então eu dou o comando "./configure", e aparece essa mensagem:

Ele depende de uma biblioteca libnet, só que quando tento compilar o libnet dá essa mensagem:
