Aparentemente está tudo certo mas o apache está chiando.

Kernel Linux 3.2.0-4-686-pae
GNOME 3.4.2

Memória: 3,0 GiB
Processador: AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 244
Espaço disponível: 119,0 GiB

Estou recebendo mais 3,0Gib de memória e mais um processador AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 244.

Acho que é muito ruído o funcionamento desta máquina;

Enfim, a máquina para esta finalidade de web server (de apenas um site que mandei construir em PHP) e futuro servidor de email, funciona?
Ou está muito ultrapassada?

Antes ele aparecia o que tinha dentro do .php, agora ele não encontra nada. Dá erro.
Observei a data e o horario errado agora, já concertei.
Influencia em algo?

Não tem influência.
Não consegui ver o erro no log. Tu postou somente as ultimas linhas. Qual o erro que está dando?

Postei tudo que apareceu quando digitei o comando para verificar o error.log

Ta apresentando o mesmo erro de antes.
