Qual distro esta usando? Debian? 9?

segundo o seu log, há um erro na no apache2.conf

voce editou o arquivo?

se nao souber o que fazer, tente exlcuir e instalar novamente o apache:
apt purge apache2 (ou httpd nao recordo como é no Debian, mas pelo log acho que é apache2 mesmo)
depois
apt install apache2 (ou httpd).
veja se isso resolve e caso nao, volta aqui.


Se usa o debian 9 nao utilize o apt-get, somente o apt e o que quer fazer (apt install, apt purge .... apt help para sanar as dúvidas.).
