Mas pelo erro, já adiando... Numa linha mostra que o caminho indicado ele quer baixar o que não é suportado, como se teu OS fosse 32 e ele quisesse o pacote 64
E na outra linha, mostra que o arquivo Release esta faltando no repositorio indicado.

Sugiro trocar o repositorio.

eu comentei essas duas linhas

e adicionei esses tres, porem não sei se é o correto dele? pq o meu é bookworm e as linhas adicionadas são stretch

substitui meu repositório, removendo a antiga sources e criando uma nova
