Inicie o Windows e digite no Command Prompt como administrador (use a tecla "windows + x" e escolher prompt de comando como administrador):

powercfg -h off

Depois volte ao Linux e faça o teste.

Faça o scandisk no Windows ou use o comando ntfsfix.
