JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead the planning and implementation of simultaneous projects with multiple clients.
Manage day-to-day client interaction.
Set and manage client expectations.
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs.
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Propose enhancements to existing products and/or new products.
Willing to travel.

DESIRED SKILLS

Bachelor or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, equivalent or Administration.
Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
Good project management skills (time, quality, risk, scope and cost)
Some knowledge developing client-side Web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP and other web standards.
