ligações

Configurei o asterisk, e funcionava normalmente até surgir um problema:

quando tento fazer ligações não consigo, no CLI aparece essa mensagem
"Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5"
Condigo realizar ligações normalmente, porém não consigo receber, alguém poderia me ajudar ?
