Erro [RESOLVIDO]

Boa tarde,

Tenho no servidor debian o msn-proxy, e coloquei a seguinte configuracao no apache:

no meu caso fico da seguinte maneira:

<Directory ./var/www/.>
AllowOverride None
Options Indexes MultiViews
Order allow,deny
Allow from all

AuthType Basic
AuthName .MSN-PROXY.
AuthUserFile ./var/www/.senhas
Require user admin
</Directory>

so que quando entro no http: pelo caminho dos meus log, solicita usuario e senha certinho.. mais quando digito o usuario e senha da a seguinte mensagem:


Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

vc criou o arquivo .senhas através do httpaccess?

provavelmente é isso..

Criei, conforme o tutorial do link acima, o que vc acha que pode ser?
