Como Parar As Quedas Do Servidor?

Olá amigos tenho um problema no meu servidor Linux
sempre que tenho mais de 2000 pessoas on-line ele sai fora do ar!

veja a configuração do meu servidor

CENTOS 6.3 x86_64 standard
WHM 11.34.1 (build 5)
Dual QuadCore_Xeon
72GB RAM
HD 4x 450GB
SAS Raid10_30TB_BW


Veja como esta a minha capacidade:

Como fazer parar estas quedas quando o servidor atinge 2000 pessoas online?
ja tentei mudar o Apache o limite de pessoas
