Ubuntu não funciona Wireless [RESOLVIDO]

Oi galera, então eu tive uns problemas e acabei formatando meu ubuntu e reinstalei,
porém depois q eu reinstalei ele não tá funcionando o driver do wireless, pelo menos é o que parece,
não entendo muito disso, por favor alguém me ajuda?

-qual a configuração do netbook? processador? memoria? placa-video? wifi?
-qua l versão do ubuntu está usando?
-rode o comando "lspci " no terminal e poste as saidas das linhas ethernet controler e network controler

O notebook é intel core i3 , 2gb RAM , 500 gb hd,ubuntu 13.04 não sei o resto...

kkk, to rindo aqui... eu tinha ido em sistema>redes> sem fio e não tava dando pra ativar e colocar "on"
mas deixei a janela aberta... enquanto escrevia aqui, sem eu fazer nada funcionou, não entendi.. mas enfim, muito obrigada de qualquer forma!

-sua wifi é compativel com ubuntu, mint, fedora, suse, sabayon, mageia
-pelo menos foram essas qu etestei num notebook com a mesma wifi
