erros relatados no dmesg... aguem?

Galera nao sei mais o que fazer... estou configurando um servidor e nao sei se vou me ferrar se ficar assim pois nao acho nenhum tuto a respeito pra me ajudar... espero que alguem me de uma luz...

Se eu compilar um novo kernel posso me ferrar com as atualizações? a placa de rede on board reconhece num kernel mais atual

Desculpe mandar completo pois pode passar algo que eu nao saiba que é erro

Não consigo encontrar erros exceto no auto-falante do PC. Mas acho que você pode ignorar isso.

Não consigo ver erros [2], não ser esse do "WARNING: at arch/x86/kernel/hpet.c:299"

Respondendo uma das suas perguntas: Não, você não terá problemas se compilar um novo kernel. Aproveita que o 2.6.34 saiu do forno a pouco tempo e já o compila...
Você só terá que ter bom senso na hora de atualizar os pacotes (apt)... digo, o APT irá te dizer para atualizar para o kernel "2.6.26-3", mas você sabe que tem o 2.6.34, então é só ignorar...

Separei melhor os erros... nao gostaria de mudar para o CentOS 5.5 que nao aparece erros...
