Digito o comando WGET da erro SSL

Quando digito o wget wget -O speedtest-cli https://raw.github.com/sivel/speedtest-cli/master/speedtest_cli.py
Aparece este erro, alguém pode me ajudar, sou novo no linux,uso o Centos 6.5:
Erro:
