Instalar aplicativo qtstalker

Boa noite pessoal.

Estou tentando instalar o aplicativo qtstalker e não estou conseguindo, fiz o download do aplicativo, segui as instruções no install.html e não consegui, segui alguns docs que encontrei na net e também não vai.

Agradeço qualquer ajuda.
