Qual o melhor sourcerlist?

Qual a melhor sourcer list possível, para ubuntu 9.04?
Pergunto isso pois peguei algumas dicas na internet para atualizar o firefox que vem no ubuntu e ao baixar o mais novo, ele veio em inglês, o thunderbird também veio. Acho que isso tem a ver com minha sourcer list.
Aliás ela é nova, copiei de um colega do fórum.

Está bem básico isso aí, falta o Medibuntu, o Partner está desabilitado.

Dei uma limpada nesse sources.list, adicionei o que estava desabilitado e desativei os repositórios deb-src, úteis apenas pra quem vai ficar compilando programas, pros demais mortais isso não serve pra nada, veja:
