Squid não deixa abrir Hotmail

boa tarde amigos, estou com um problema aqui na empresa, ao tentar acessar o hotmail da este errro no squid:

ERROR

Olá primeiramente veja se existe alguma regra no seu netfilter. O seu squid ta muito confuso achei a muita configuracao desnecessaria a exemplo disso s acl [*****], onde voce poderia integrar o squid com squidGuard.

Mande sua conf para meu email robsonsbrasil@hotmail.com , para que possa refazer.
