Obrigado pela ajuda David,
Eu estive pensando, pesquisando, pensando, e não achei nenhum motivo para a criação destes arquivos por parte do servidor Samba ou do sistema Linux, talvez seja algum arquivo temporário que o software da plataforma ruindows acaba criando, mas ainda não cheguei a nenhuma conclusão.
A distro é o Fedora Core 4 (amd_64)
