Pacotes para edição de vídeo e conferência via webcam

Olá para todos!

Gostaria de saber se alguém pode me informar onde consigo algum aplicativo para edição de vídeos, o mais simples possível como o Windows Movie Maker. Estava tentando com o CHEESE mas ele só salva em .ogg ou .ogm e está complicado para achar um conversor que funcione, tentei o AVIDEMUX mas ele não aceita.

Estou procurando também um programa mensageiro como o MSN,que aceite conexão ampla(msn,yahoo,jabber ....) e que possa ter vídeo conferências. Estava tentando instalar o Qnext mas esse me deu o seguinte erro:
