arquivo menu.lst dúvida

Olá gostaria que alguém me ajudasse a solucionar uma dúvida que tenho sobre como colocar um sistema operacional padrão logo após o boot da máquina...visto que tenho o Ubuntu e o Ruindows Xp instalado em minha máquina.Instalei o Ruindows primeiro e depois o Ubuntu só que por enquanto queria deixar o XP como padrão , mas ele esta em segundo na lista ( lista q aparece logo depois do boot da máquina.

O meu arquivo menu.lst é esse:

a minha dúvida é a seguinte: me disseram que eu tenho de colocar o número do sistema que começo acontar do numero 0
e que devo colocar esse número na frente de DEFAULT
Mas qual DEFAULT ...coloquei alguns do texto em maiúsculo...não tenho nem idéia onde colocaria esse número.
Podem me ajudar?

Coloca a parte do Windows acima da parte do Ubuntu.

Fácil, olha essa parte do seu menu.lst e mude o numero na unica linha que não esta comentada.
default 0 , mude o 0 pelo numero onde esta o windows
copiei uma parte do seu menu.lst pra vc ver onde esta,
é a ultima linha do arquivo que copiei

1) No boot (grub), quando liga o micro, conte de O (o primeiro de cima) 1,2 etc... até achar o ruindows...
por ex, é o 2o...

2) ai inicia o linux eedita o arquivo menu.lst, assim:
