colocar win7 no grub

olá, estou tentando adicionar o windows 7 na inicialização do grub, mas da um erro quando eu tento iniciar, algo do tipo (ERRO 22 no such partition)
eu to colocando assim no menu.lst

title Windows 7
root (hd0,4)
makeactive
chainloader +1

nao sei pq da erro, talvez eu esteja fazendo algo errado, abaixo uma imagem das minhas partiçoes

Mude 'hd0,4' para 'sda4' ou 'dev/sda4'
Veja se reconhece.

Veja também se o Fedora reconhece o comando: # yum update-grub

colocando sda4 ou dev/sda4 da isso: error 23: error while parsing number

No ubuntu 10.04 e no debian 6.0 uso "sudo update-grub". Pelo menos comigo nunca falhou.

É isso , em vez de ficar advinhando e sofrendo use o comando de atualizar o grub, tem funcionado.

fiz e resultou isso:

e nao resolveu o problema,mais alguma dica?
