(continuo tendo problemas)não consigo instalar este programa

to tentando instalar o ktheme http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?group_id=13080&use_mirror=ufpr&filename=kthem... , mas quando eu do o comando ./configure aparece isso:

axo que vc quiz dizer sudo apt-get install xlibs-dev
quando eu tento instalar, aparece o se3guinte erro:
leonardo@kurumin:~$ sudo apt-get install xlibs-dev

ja axei esta dependencia em um site ai no formato deb,

Tera que instalar a blibioteca qt. Nao sei o nome do pacote no kurumim, mas procura algo como qt. faço o seguinte, digite, apt-get install qt , depois aperte a tecla 'tab'.

Leonardo, tentou fazer o upgrade do seu apt-get?
O meu dava um erro parecido direto. depois q eu fiz isso e atualizei os repositorios. parou! :S
