Olá todos,

Não estou conseguindo ativar os efeitos do kwin automaticamente no meu Kubuntu 10.10, sempre que o sistema inicia tem que ir em System Settinsgs> Desktop Efects> e clicar em resume to desktop efects. no linux Mint 9 os efeitos eram habilitados automaticamente e no ubuntu 10.10 tambem.

Como fasso para habilitar esses efeitos ?

pode ser que esteja falando besteira mas.....

no gnome no debian quando instalo o compiz tbm não é ativado automaticamente! então sempre que inicio o sistema tenho que ir no compiz-fusion e clicar em reload-manager.

Para iniciar junto com o sistema eu fui em aplicativos de sessão e criei um novo no qual eu inseri o comando " compiz -replace " ou seja, toda vez que inicia o sistema ele já ativa o compiz!!

veja se não existe algo parecido no kubuntu pois eu nunca usei ele..

verdade, mas eu tinha o KDE instalado no Ubuntu e os efeitos (incluido a transparência) não eram ativadas automaticamente. Alguem pode dar uma resposta a nos? (desculpe o introzamento)

O comando "compiz --replace" não seria para habilitar o compiz na iniciação?
Eu não estou com compiz instalado e logo não seria possivel adicionar o comando olha, 'compiz' no found, please type a valid program name ...
o que eu quero é habilitar o Kwin pra ficar com os efeitos nativos do KDE.

O Kwin vem habilitado por padrão, pelo menos no openSUSE.
Faça o seguinte: Configurações do Sistema> Área de Trabalho> Efeitos da Área de Trabalho. Na aba 'Todos os Efeitos', marque as caixas de efeitos que quer e configure(caso haja opção) como achar melhor.

Reinicie e veja se deu certo.
Não tenho muita experiência com KDE, também estou aprendendo ainda.

então josinaldo, me desculpe por ao invés de ajudar estar te confundindo mais ainda!!

a referência que fiz ao compiz era só um exemplo e não para voce fazer logo que vc não tem ele instalado pois não uso KDE e estava na mais humilde das intençoes tentando ajudar, pois poderia quem sabe existir algo parecido no KDE.

Mas enfim, siga as instruções do amigo Izaias e veja se funciona.

Izäias, fiz o que você falou e ajustei os efeitos que eu queria porém quando o computador liga os efeitos não são ativados, eu acho que deve ser alguma configuração no kwin, startx ou startkde. NÃO sei...

Isso só aconte comigo quando tenho instalado o driver noveau (default) no openSUSE. Tenho qu ficar ativando eles manualmente.Como tenho uma placa de vídeo da nVidia, ao instalar os drivers proprietários os efeitos passam a ficar permanentemente ativos.

Não seria esse o seu caso?

No linux Mint 9 os efeitos ja ficavam ativos pelo LiveDVD não si por que occore isso no Kubuntu 10.10 que é mais atualizado. Minha placa de video é ATI.

Quando experimentei o Kubuntu um tempo atrás, em toda inicialização tinha que reativar os efeitos que queria.
Pelo jeito não é um problema isolado.

Pode ser... e qual a versão que você testou?? o Mint 9 Kde é baseado no kubuntu/Ubuntu 10.04 (Eu acho). então poderia ser alguma coisa dessa versão não sei... estou agora baixando o compiz para KDE quem sabe eu não queira os efeitos nativos do KDE. depois vou baixar o PClinuxOs e o Fedora 14 KDE. pra mim decidir qual distro com KDE usar.

Testei o Kubuntu 10.10, o atual.
Essa versão melhorou muito comparada com as anteriores, mas esse problema é que matou. Se fosse uma coisa isolada, mas não é.
