problema na atualizacao do repositorio

Ola pessoal, bom dia!
Sou novo aqui e comecei a utilizar o ubuntu recentemente! Estou com um problema na hora de atualizar meu repositorio... varios erros aparecem e nao consigo instalar nenhum aplicativo sequer.

versão do ubuntu vencida! não tem mais suporte. Instale a versão LTS 14.04.3 válida até 2019 ( é a melhor).

Ubuntu-14.10 foi lançado em outubro/2014 e já está sem suporte desde julho/2015
Faça bkp de seus arquivos e instale Ubuntu-14.04-lts

Estou tentando atualizar o Ubuntu 15.04 para o 15.10, e aparece o seguinte erro:

Já exclui e atualizei a lista dos repositórios, mas o mesmo erro insiste em aparecer.

Alguém já passou por isso e conseguiu resolver??

Evite atualizar versões do ubuntu
