Problema para conectar o Bluetooth

Olá, estou com problemas para conectar o Bluetooth no ubuntu 19.04.
vou nas configurações -> Bluetooth ligo porém ele não liga e não faz a pesquisa de dispositivos; como proceder ??

Abra o terminal, digite os comandos abaixo e posta as saídas aqui
